LOGISTICS One of the most complex elements of the renewable jet supply chain, is the aviation fuel delivery logistic. This is particularly difficult in Europe where the system is very diverse and fractured. A further complicating factor is that some jurisdictions, notably the EU, are requiring “tracking of molecules” into end user aircraft. Once again, in the forefront of developing the renewable jet initiative, BioJet is expending considerable effort in developing solutions to the aviation bio fuel logistic and it is likely that the Company will take principal positions in fuel service companies at several major airports in concert with its large end user customers. Also in connection with this, BioJet has begun working on logistic solutions with the world’s largest provider of conditioned storage facilities for bulk liquids and which provides complete storage and transshipment solutions at 80 terminals in 31 countries. One of the most important components to the logistical part of the Company’s business is the need for verification and testing services. BioJet will work with the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. |
