Mr. Berwager has over 30 years of worldwide energy industry experience in management and engineering roles with major integrated energy companies (Chevron, ConocoPhillips, and Unocal), and mid-sized independent energy companies (Venoco and Warren Resources). He has worked on energy projects in the petroleum sector in the United States, Middle East, Europe, Latin America and SE Asia. Additionally, he has evaluated and led organizations in various petroleum, biofuel, power generation, carbon capture and sequestration, and transportation projects at Chevron, ConocoPhillips, and Unocal. Among these projects are over $500 million of asset acquisitions, large-scale industrial development projects and new business ventures.

Mr. Ladin has experience in both private legal practice and as in-house counsel. Previously, he served as the sole U.S. based attorney for European-based global medical device corporation Dako A/S. Mr. Ladin is a member of The State Bar of California.

Andrew Noll has worked in business development with multiple companies in the renewable energy world. He is expert in the emerging Jatropha, Algae and Designer Biofuels space. He has also worked with Mitch Hawkins & Co., Inc. for five years on potential environmental opportunities and in the emerging market for environmental resources credits in the EU and United States.
